Community Guidelines

Effective date: September 23, 2025

• Purpose: Share miniature painting and hobby work. Keep it friendly, constructive, and safe for all hobbyists.
• Who can participate: Users 13+ (or local minimum age). If you are under 18, get a parent/guardian’s permission where required.

Your content

• Post only images you created or have permission to share.
• Tag factions/units accurately; avoid misleading labels.
• You grant Minilog a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app and related services. You retain ownership. You can delete your own posts at any time.

What’s not allowed

• Illegal content or activity.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or encouragement of violence or self‑harm.
• Sexual content, nudity, or exploitation—especially involving minors.
• Real‑world graphic violence or gore. Fantasy miniatures are fine; do not post real‑life graphic images.
• Doxxing or sharing others’ personal information.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation.
• Spam, scams, or malicious links/software.
• IP infringement (unlicensed scans, stolen images, or content you don’t have rights to share).
• Off‑topic imagery unrelated to miniatures/tabletop hobby.

Respect and safety

• Be constructive; critique skill, not people.
• No targeted harassment of individuals or groups.
• Don’t encourage unsafe practices.

Attribution and downloads

• Community images may be downloadable for personal inspiration only. Public reposting outside Minilog requires the creator’s permission. Always credit the original artist when sharing within allowed use.

Moderation and enforcement

• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.
• Severe violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.
• Repeat infringement (including DMCA) may lead to account termination.

Reporting violations

• How to report: Email mathiasboutin@gmail.com with the post URL/ID, your user ID, description, and screenshots. We review most reports within 24 hours and will notify you of the outcome when appropriate.
• Appeals: If you believe we made a mistake, reply to the notice email explaining why; we’ll re‑review.

Intellectual property (IP) and DMCA

• If you believe your IP was used without authorization, email mathiasboutin@gmail.com with your contact info, work description, URLs/IDs of infringing content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the rights.
• We may remove content upon valid notice and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

• Save generated images to your photo library

• Artist profiles are stored locally and associated with your user ID

• When you create an account, your data may be synchronized to Supabase cloud storage
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You can choose to use the App without creating an account (local-only mode)

Security Measures

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

• View Your Data: You can view all your data within the App
• Update Information: You can modify your profile and account information
• Delete Data: You can delete individual models, armies, or your entire account

Account Deletion

• You can delete your account through the App settings
• Account deletion will remove your data from our servers
• Local data on your device will remain unless manually deleted

Camera and Photo Library

• You can revoke camera and photo library access through iOS Settings
• Revoking access will limit certain App features

Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete the App or clear data
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
